Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FlightMind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
FlightMind is a professional aviation companion application designed for pilots. The App provides:
- Real-time weather information (METAR, TAF, ATIS)
- Flight tracking and status monitoring
- Document management with AI-powered Q&A
- Aviation calculators (fuel, weight & balance, crosswind, etc.)
- Roster management and calendar integration
- Family flight notification services
FlightMind is intended as a supplementary tool ONLY. It is NOT certified for operational flight planning and is NOT a replacement for official aviation weather services, NOTAMs, flight planning systems, or any other official aviation resources.
Pilots must ALWAYS verify all information through official channels (national aviation authorities, approved weather services, official NOTAMs) before conducting any flight operations. Do not make operational decisions based solely on information provided by this App.
Legacy Subscription Transition
Pilot, Pro, and Fleet subscriptions were removed from sale on July 12, 2026. No new subscription purchase or renewal is being offered. Existing paid access remains available through the paid term and transition period, no earlier than August 12, 2026; the final date depends on the customer's Apple billing state.
Customers can continue to manage or cancel an existing subscription through their Apple account and can use Restore Purchases in FlightMind. See the public transition page or contact support for updated dates.
Legacy Document Page Packs
Document page packs are no longer offered for new purchase. Valid unused page balances remain visible and usable for document processing while reconciliation and Apple guidance continue.
A final page-pack removal date has not been announced. A balance that cannot be loaded must not be interpreted as a confirmed zero balance. Contact support if your pages do not appear.
User Account and Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information when using the App.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
- Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.
- Verify all aviation-related information through official sources before any operational use.
- Maintain the security of your account and device.
Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are owned by FlightMind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App uses third-party services including but not limited to:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIGHTMIND BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
