## User Eligibility

- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
- You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- The App is designed for pilots and aviation professionals, typically 18+

## Subscription Terms

### Free Tier
- Limited features available at no cost
- Subject to usage limits

### Paid Subscriptions
- Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers available
- Prices displayed in the App (in your local currency)
- Billed monthly through Apple App Store
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store settings

### Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel anytime through Apple App Store
- Refunds subject to Apple's refund policy
- No refunds for partial periods
- Access continues until end of billing period after cancellation

## Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Share your subscription with others
- Abuse or overload our services
- Scrape or harvest data from the App
- Interfere with other users' access

- You retain all rights to documents you upload
- You grant us a license to process documents for AI features
- You are responsible for the content you upload
- Do not upload confidential or sensitive information you're not authorized to share

### AI-Generated Content
- AI answers are for informational purposes only
- Not a substitute for official aviation regulations or procedures
- Always verify critical information with official sources
- We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI responses

- Weather data is provided "as is" from third-party sources
- Not intended as primary source for flight planning
- Always use official aviation weather sources for flight decisions
- We are not liable for inaccurate or outdated weather information

## Disclaimer of Warranties
